The site goofybot.xyz and the GoofyBot Discord bot are published by LittleMax08, as a private individual. No dedicated contact email is available at this time — the official Discord server remains the best way to reach us.
Terms of Use
GoofyBot is a Discord bot offering moderation modules, ticket management, an experience (XP) system, polls, giveaways, invite tracking, and other server management tools, along with a web dashboard to configure them.
Privacy Policy
Depending on which modules are enabled on your server, GoofyBot may store: Discord IDs and usernames (sanctioned members, moderators, poll/giveaway hosts and participants, inviters...), activity statistics (XP, voice time), invite history, and — for the Tickets module only — the full content of conversations (transcript). No password is ever collected: Dashboard login goes exclusively through Discord authentication (OAuth2), and the resulting access token is never stored in the database (only in an encrypted session cookie).
Hosting
The website (goofybot.xyz) and the Discord bot process are hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) provided by OVH, in its Toulouse (France) datacenter.
AI Policy
GoofyBot relies on two AI providers: OpenAI (first-level automatic moderation, ticket AI assistant replies, AI setup assistant) and Anthropic (in-depth contextual analysis for the deepest, level-3 moderation tier). Messages sent to these providers are processed according to their own respective privacy policies.
